Kaitie<\/strong> has begun her training with the staff at ISport<\/a>. ISport<\/a><\/strong> provides training for world class athletes<\/a> and focuses on sports performance training<\/a> and rehabilitation<\/a>. \u00a0Right now, Kaitie<\/strong> is working with Tyler White, ATC<\/a><\/strong>. \u00a0This clip shows a few of the “movements<\/em>“ Kaitie<\/strong> has to learn. \u00a0Each of the movements is designed to teach her how to maintain proper knee stability and alignment. \u00a0What you see here is not the workout!! \u00a0It’s just part of the\u00a0warm up! \u00a0I’ll post some of the workout clips later this weekend.
