ISport Training – Day One

June 30th, 2011 Comments off

Kaitie has begun her training with the staff at ISport. ISport provides training for world class athletes and focuses on sports performance training and rehabilitation.  Right now, Kaitie is working with Tyler White, ATC.  This clip shows a few of the “movements Kaitie has to learn.  Each of the movements is designed to teach her how to maintain proper knee stability and alignment.  What you see here is not the workout!!  It’s just part of the warm up!  I’ll post some of the workout clips later this weekend.
You can find another video of Kaitie doing rehab with Steve Vincente @DHMC, just Click Here

Stereo Upgrades

May 31st, 2011 Comments off

So I finally got around to installing the new speakers, amplifiers and subwoofer in Keebler.  You can click on any of the photos to see them in a larger format.  The rear speaker enclosures are hand made from fiberglass and MDF.  Each was molded into the body panel it is attached to.  I have to track down the images of the speaker/subwoofer enclosures during their construction.

Both amplifiers are installed under the seats. The passenger side was easy. Nothing was in the way or under the carpet. The driver side was more difficult as there were two electronic modules under the carpet. I had to support the amp above those modules, through the carpet.
